Saved someone $230

However I think I shorted my life a bit.... Pulled this Jelly fish of a cable end out of the shifter and interesting to note is the reversed "b" screw...

  1. I've had to reverse a B-tension screw when there was not enough of a lip on the hanger to catch the skinny end.

  2. I've seen the B screw reversed in an effort to get a little more life out of the spring or to attempt to fit a cog that was too big, the 11-28 cassette SRAM had available was spec'd on SBC bikes for a couple of years with Shimano der's that were not designed to wrap the 28.
