1 stem, 1 handlebar, 1 company, 1 love?

I was informed of this incredible news by one Fixie Dave via the interwebs.

Dear bikerumor.com, 1 company releasing 1 stem and 1 handlebar combination is not a "new standard." That is more appropriately called fucking things up for no apparent reason. That is doing  your own thing. I really hope this "standard" doesn't trickle down to places it doesn't need to be...

Update: I learned that Deda is also producing 35mm road handelbars...
OK. Let me make sure I understand you correctly. You bought a tube a year ago, installed it yourself, it was good for that complete year and has now burst. And you think it was the tubes fault? Really?

OK. I will buy you some new tubes, no problem. But I will not replace what most likely caused the flat, your tire and rim.

Sure, you can call the tube company and see what they say.

Thanks,

Happening of the decade, mark your calendars. God himself may show up.

Calling all Mooseknucklers and thisbikeisfucked fans.
Mark your calendar for September 16th cuz we be having a ho down in these parts. TheDixe Mountain Bike Trails Association (you all better have liked this by now...) in conjunction with DocUtah will be hosting a screening of Pedal Driven, a kick ass bikeumentary about trail building. We will have live music, food, beer, a night ride, an after party, Q&A with the film makers, fun times and pretty much everything good. Plus you will have plenty of opportunities to donate your hard earned cash to the DMBTA during the process (you may find it very hard to get a beer without doing so...).
Again, make sure you mark your calendars, Sept.  16th. If you aren't there you may be not cool. So be there.

Please note, the price of your bicycle does not effect the price of the repair.

The new and improved mongoose limit screw setting tool

You can't buy these from park, yet. But they can be assembled DIY by any self respecting bicycle wrench. You need one Snap-on ratchet, one 1/4 inch universal joint, one socket driver and a PHILIPS driver and bingo.

Interesting cockpit

Either this guy has one arm that is longer than the other or his bike is fucked. And a hose clamp to hold it on.
