I hate working on spin bikes. Especially spin bikes designed for consumer use that have been instead put in a gym and get used daily by hundreds of people. Trust me, these things are fucked... Luckily, I was able to delegate the task to the kid in the photo.
Thank for information. It is a very good exercise, it is suitable to be installed in the home and the gym. My trainer recommended it to me.
